Susan A Olcsvary

Susan A Olcsvary 78 of Manchester died, Monday December 22, 2025 at home. Born and raised in Perth Amboy, she spent a few years in Germany while her father was in the service before moving to Iselin where she raised her family and finally to Manchester 14 years ago. She was an office manager at Siemen's Components in Iselin for over 20 years before retiring. Susan loved to dance, crotchet, listen to Elvis Presley & Doo Wop, go out with friends and spend time with her granddaughters that she lovingly referred to as her "chickadees". When she moved to Leisure Knoll, she was active in several clubs including: Health & Wellness, Lakeside Lodge Losers, The Stich & Bitch Club, the Columbiettes and lending a hand at Bingo. She was famous for her cream puffs, Chicken Paprikas and most importantly for her friendly demeanor, warm heart, and always being ready to help her friends and family. She is predeceased by her husband, Lester in 2019 son, Gerald, and brother, Stephen Subyak. Surviving is her son, Daniel Olcsvary, daughter in law, Lisa Olcsvary and 3 grandchildren, Maya, Sasha, and Amilya. Memorial Mass is 11 AM Saturday January 10, 2026 at St John's Church, Lakehurst.
