Susan Oravec Obituary
Susan Oravec, 93, of Wilkes-Barre Township, died March 10, 2025. Divine liturgy services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, 695 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Visitation will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home, 89 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre.

God rest your soul, Susan. I miss so much coming over to your house with my dad Ellis. We'd discuss politics, religion, and times from the old neighborhood. My dad and you would talk Russian and I couldn't believe you both still had it in both of you. You are such a special kind person and God will welcome you with open arms.
