59 year old, Susan R. Robbins, of Rensselaer, passed away October 14, 2024.
On February 23, 1965, Susan was born to Dillard and Ruby (Meadows) Pinkerman in Rensselaer, Indiana. She worked as a waitress and bartender. Susan enjoyed watching races at Shady Hill. She loved visiting friends, playing cards and Yahtzee, but especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Susan is survived by her daughter: Tabitha (Vicente) Rodriguez, 6 grandchildren, and siblings: Terrie (Ora) Calvert, and Michael Pinkerman.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, son: Calvin Robbins, brothers: Harold Pinkerman, Jackie Pinkerman, Hozie Pinkerman, and niece: Jennifer Benton.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Susan will take place at 6:00 p.m. (CST) at the funeral home.
Per Susan’s wishes cremation will follow.
Interment will be at the Weston Cemetery on a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
