Susan Lynn Scott, age 64 of Kenton, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Lima Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 3, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Gordon and Gladys (Manning) Beasley, and they preceded her in death. She married her loving husband of over 20 years, Warren Scott, April 2002, and he survives.

Susan was very dedicated, active, and passionate about her faith as a Jehovah's Witness for the entirety of her whole life, and went door to door, spreading the good news of the Kingdom to others. Susan worked for Quay's Cleaning for many years. She loved to travel and spend time with loved ones. She leaves behind daughter: Autumn Prestwood of Kenton, whom she loved dearly. They often went on walks and to the movies together and cherished spending time with each other. Susan looks forward to being with her loved ones again after the resurrection on Earth, which God's Kingdom promises to bring. She was the youngest of 8 siblings and is survived by brothers: Daniel (Marcia) Beasley of Amelia, Rick (Debi) Beasley of Moscow, OH; sisters: Kathleen (Ken) Snouffer of Amelia, and Nancy Beasley of Cincinnati. She was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by brothers: Gordon (Sylvia) Beasley, Jerry Beasley, and Roy Beasley. She was very loved and will be greatly missed.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 2pm at Kingdom Hall, 13325 S. Main St., Kenton with Chuck Fox officiating. Arrangements for the Scott family are in the care of SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Kenton. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in Susan's honor.
