Susan Smith Obituary
Susan was born September 22, 1949 in Mansfield, OH to Richard Harry and Jessica Eileen (Sanford) Sweitzer who both preceded her in death along with a great grandchild Baby Bronson.
Susan atteneded Riley High School. In 1975 she married Larry Smith who also preceded her in death.
Susan enjoyed being with her family, shopping, helping her granddaughter who is deaf, doing puzzles and reading the Bible.
Susan leaves to cherish her memory three daughters Rhonda (Don Barr) Slusher, Shannon (Vance Benson) Wise and Cynthia Lambert, two sons Ryan Smith and Albert (Renee) Smith, one brother Richard (Lori) Sweitzer, 13 Grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
A Memorial service honoring the life of Ms. Smith will be held on Monday January 16, 2022 at 4 P.M in the chapel of Alford's Mortuary, 1222 Napier Street, South Bend, IN 46601. Arrangements have been entrusted with Alford's Mortuary Inc.
