I went home to Heaven to be with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 11, 2024. I was born in Appleton, WI on May 12, 1960 to the late Donald M. Schwab and Patricia A. (Hanson / Schwab) Voight. I was a graduate of Appleton West and FVTC. I married the Love of My Life, Steven, on May 26, 2001. He was my world and my rock. His love for me never failed through my battle with AML, which eventually took my earthly life.
Besides my Husband, I am survived by my children: Daniel (Kathleen) Jaloszynski of Appleton, Donald (Sara) Jaloszynski of Appleton, Dustin (Monica) Jaloszynski of Mount Horeb, Patricia (Todd Cashen) Jaloszynski of Shepherd, MI, Thomas VanderVelden of Little Chute, Tanya (Brock) Joosten of Brillion, and Tyler VanderVelden of Appleton. My Grandchildren: Xander and Dakota Jaloszynski, Alexander, Andrew, Alizabeth and Allie Jaloszynski, Jacob and Caleb Jaloszynski, Hunter Jaloszynski, Melanie and Memphis Riddlebaugh, Oliver and Hailey Joosten, and Parker Cashen. My siblings: Steven (Sandy) Schwab of Appleton, David Schwab of Madison, FL, Scott Schwab of Appleton, Larry (Vonnie) Voight of De Pere, Ken (Linda) Voight of Fort White, Fl, Allan VanderVelden of Neenah, Edward (Deanna) VanderVelden of Kaukauna, and Mary Kunstman of Appleton. My sisters-in-law: Ellen Schwab of Little Chute and Jodianne Masciave of Leesburg, Fl. I am also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
I was preceded in death by my parents, my step-Dad: Dale K. Voight, my Father and Mother-in-law Dennis and Monica (Bushman) VanderVelden, my Grandparents: Myron and Ethel Hanson, and Maynard and Iola Schwab, my Niece: Christine Schwab, and many Aunts and Uncles.
Visitation will be held July 27, 2024 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Ronald Belitz officiating. Committal St. John Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Center in Green Bay, WI.
I am so thankful for the friends God had given me. I could not have gone through my tough journey without God and everyone that Prayed for me. My last words to everyone is John 14:27 - Jesus says "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:1-3 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's House are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that were I am there ye may be also." So living in this world, bring everything to God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God's love never fails and He waits with open arms.
