Susie as she was most known by was born March 20, 1968 in El Paso, TX to Jesus Gonzalez and Carmen Mares. A strong mother, amazing wife. Always made sure her family had everything they needed. She cared deeply about people and was strong in her faith. She was the most selfless woman that people would have ever met. She dedicated her life to serve her husband and daughters, her family, and grandchildren. Susie had a contagious laugh; her smile was like no other. We will always remember her for her long black hair, beautiful mauve lipstick and blingy jewelry. She constantly gave, her amazing couponing, led to her always making sure her daughter had necessities. She has constantly given us advice on health, on love and on faith. Her worry was just her way of showing love.
She leaves behind a beautiful legacy which include her loving husband, Victor Payan; her daughters, Erika, and Bianca Payan; 3 beautiful grandchildren, Carlos Javier Ramos Jr., Victor Manuel Ramos, and Bella Rose Ramos; her mother, Carmen Gonzalez and her 5 siblings, Jesus "Chuy" (Clara) Gonzalez, Lupe (Arnold) Gutierrez, Carmen Payan, Virginia Gonzalez, and Socorro (Ronnie) Garcia.
Susie is preceded in death by her father, Jesus Gonzalaz and a brother, Julio Gonzalez.
Serving as pallbearers will be her husband, Victor Payan, her daughter, Bianca Payan, and sisters, Socorro Garcia, Virginia Gonzalez, Lupe Gutierrez, and Carmen Payan.
