Sutv Violet Harjo

Sutv Violet Harjo, a resident of Henryetta passed away Saturday, February 7th, 2026 in Henryetta at the age of 21. Born September 14, 2004 to Cassandra Thompson.

Sutv was a student seeking high education. She was a member fo the Mvskoke Nation Youth Council, and Springfield Indian Methodist Church. She loved doing doing makeup tutorials, loved sports, loved making grape dumplings, loved playing games and just dance skating. She was also learning to make traditional native artwork.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Daniel (Bodee) Thompson.

She is survived by her mother, Cassandra Thompson of the home;

Brother, Seth Harjo, a sister, Louisa Harjo, maternal grandmother, Eugenia Tiger, Paternal grandparents, Dora Taylor and Joe Sulphur. A nephew, Sonny Barnes. Also by her beloved dog, Rocky and her cat Freddie who she loved to lay aroud with and teach him tricks. She is also survived by a host of cousins, friends and other relatives.

Wake services are Tuesday, January 10th, 2026 at Springfield Indian Methodist Church in Okemah.

Pallbearers will be, Michael "Hully" Sulphur, Wesly Nysm, Charles Mason, Eli Tilley, Brock Hicks, Leroy Harjo, John John Brown, Jace Fitzgerald and James Arthurs.

Honorary pallbearers will be, Mvskoke Nation Youth Council, Seth Harjo, Devean George, Shawn D. Wolfe and Aarron Little.

Ushers will be Merle Berryhill, Thomas Yarholar, Stacy Scott, John Wolfe and parking attendants will be, Mike Little and Bill Wolfe.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 at Springfield Indian Methodist Church with Rev. Curtis Scott and Clarence Yarholar officiating, Joy Harjo, tribute poem and obituary by Randy Colbert. Interment Tiger Home place under direction and care of Integrity Funeral Service.
