She is survived by her husband, Joseph Friedman; her sons, Michael Friedman, Adam Friedman and Jason Friedman; her mother Marion Zieman and her siblings Matthew Zieman, Martin Zieman and Andrea Zieman.
Funeral services and interment are private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org.

So sad to hear of Sue´s passing . She was and will always be my best friend. We have known each other since kindergarten at Bailey in Detroit. I will always miss her. Bob Harris
