Svetislav "Steve" Rancic

Svetislav "Steve" Rancic, age 73, of Lombard, passed away February 13, 2022 in Elmhurst, IL. Born October 10, 1948 in Svetozarevo (Jagodina), Serbia, to the late Mirko and the late Danica, he was the beloved husband of Zorica; loving father of Dragan (Sladjana) and Violeta (Petar) Djordjic; cherished grandfather of Kristina (Danny) Ninkovic, Danijela (William) Halsey, Aleksandar, Danica (Devin) O'Barr, Petar Jr., and Dijana Djordjic and proud great-grandfather of 6; dear brother of the late Dimitrije (Marija) and uncle of Mirjana. Svetislav was a member of Painters District Council 14, Local 147. He will be missed dearly by his Kumovi, family and friends both in Serbia and in the United States.
