Sydney Wright

Sydney Wright, a beloved daughter, sister, and mother, passed away November 25, 2025, at the age of 25. Born on December 22, 1999, in Sparta, Tennessee, Sydney touched the lives of many with her vibrant spirit and kind heart.

She is survived by her two children, Hennessee Rose Dashnaw and Axton Kane Dashnaw, who will carry on her legacy. Sydney is lovingly remembered by her mother, Lisa Hutson, and her father, Rusty Wright. Her brother, Jackie Edward Brown, shares in the memories of their cherished upbringing. Additionally, Sydney is mourned by her aunts, Kathy Hutson and Darlene Bailey, along with her grandparents, Bob and Linda Wright. Her great aunts, Neta Crosswhite, Margaret Bouton, and Lou Jones, along with several cousins, aunts, and uncles, will miss her dearly. Sydney also leaves behind her boyfriend, William Gentry, who provided her with love and companionship.

Sydney's family was the heart of her world, and she drew immense joy from her relationships. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marvin and Tina Hutson, her uncle, Kenny Hutson, and her cousin, Ken Hutson, who are fondly remembered and now reunite with her.

A visitation will be held in her honor at Thurman Funeral Home in Sparta, Tennessee, on December 2, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will follow on December 3, 2025, at 1:00 PM, also at Thurman Funeral Home, concluding at 2:00 PM.

Sydney Wright leaves a profound impact on all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed. May her spirit rest in peace as her family and friends remember her with love and gratitude for the time they shared.
