Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Nathaniel Pace; the joys of her life her sons, Walter Pace and Jeff Pace; brothers, Dan Vaught and Garland Vaught; and sisters, Jewel and Georgia.
Left to cherish her memory to their hearts are her daughter-in-law, Teresa Hammock; a grandson, Justin Pace; and brothers, Leon Vaught of Floyd, and Howard Vaught of Roanoke.
A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Vaught Cemetery in the Spruce Run Community of Newport, VA with Gary Poff officiating. A guestbook is available to send condolences to the family by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com. The staff of Kendall Funeral Home are honored to serve the Pace family.
