Sylvia Pilot Obituary
Sylvia Luther Pilot, age 76, of Biscoe, passed away on September 12, 2025.
Sylvia was born on July 9, 1949, in Montgomery County to Elmer and Doris Wray Luther Sr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons Eddie Pilot and J.R. Pilot and brother Russell Luther Jr.
She is survived by her husband Danny Pilot of the home; daughters Teresa Wallace (Curtis) of Troy, Danielle Hurley (Travis) of Troy, Dawn Harris of Star and son Roy Karshner Sr. of Biscoe. Sisters Linda Baumer (Clark) of N. Fort Myers, FL; Denice Dunn of Charlotte and Angie Miller (Mark) of Biscoe. As well as grandchildren Roy Karshner Jr., Jennifer Quick, Nikki Melcher (Tyler), Devin Hurley, Tanner Hurley, and Eli Harris; and multiple great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Monday, September 15, 2025, at Phillips Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 pm.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00 am at Biscoe Cemetery with Pastor Mike Greene officiating.
