Sylvia E. Weinstein

Sylvia E. (Diller) Weinstein, 71, passed Monday, February 23, 2026, at her home in Abbottstown, PA. She was the wife of Lawrence A. "Larry" Weinstein, her husband of 51 years.
Sylvia was born October 26, 1954, in York County, PA, the daughter of Shirley I. (Showalter) Young of New Cumberland and the late Lloyd E. Diller.
In addition to her husband and mother, Sylvia is survived by two sisters, Sharon Diller of Lemoyne and Cindy Heinzl of Moon Twp Pittsburgh.
Sylvia worked for Gannett Fleming, Inc as an Administrator and Project Accounting Manager for 49 years.
Sylvia was a graduate of Red Land High School, a member of Zwingli U.C.C. in East Berlin, and past president of Executive Women International, Harrisburg Chapter. Sylvia was also a member of the Harrisburg Motorcycle Club, BMW owners, Dutch.
Country Riders, and loved Pontoons and deck parties at her home in Smith Mountain Lake, Va.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 11 AM, at Zwingli U.C.C., 403 W. King St, East Berlin, with Rev. Rhonda Feiser officiating. Burial will be in East Berlin Union Cemetery. There will be no viewing, however, the family will receive friends at the church on Thursday, from 10 AM until the time of the service.
