Tabitha T. Jake, 54, passed away peacefully at her home in Cuba, New Mexico, on November 18, 2025. Born on June 2, 1971, in Crownpoint, New Mexico, Tabitha grew up surrounded by the love of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom Toledo and Bernice Toledo, whom she loved dearly. Tabitha is survived by her husband, Leo Junior Jake. Together, they raised a beautiful family, and Tabitha took immense pride in being a mother to one daughter and two sons, and a son in law.
Tabitha will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, and the deep love she held for her family. She touched the lives of all who knew her and leaves behind a legacy of compassion, resilience, and devotion.
She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and community.
