In addition to her parents, she is survived by her special blood child, Payton Paul Jones and Sara LeeAnn Nichole Hendrick. A grandmother Sandra Amyx of Sand Gap, as well as her sister Sarlida Renee Nicole Stevens of Sand Gap, and her stepsisters Beth Hillard and Bridget Hillard of Annville.
Tabitha is preceded in death by a brother Timmy Amyx and a sister Sarah Blair.
A graveside service for Tabitha will be held at the York &Gibson Cemetery on Monday July 21, 2025, at 1 P.M. with Bro. Brian Gabbard officiating.
