Tamara Lynn Ward- Haskin, 59, of Roswell, NM passed peacefully in her sleep on January 10, 2026.

Born on August 28, 1966, in Hawthorne, California. She attended school at Carson High School in Carson California. Tamara was the Beloved daughter of Garland Edward Ward and Mavis Jean Ward. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend whose love and kindness touched everyone who knew her.

Tamara was known for her kind heart, sense of humor, strength, and generosity. She loved the outdoors, camping, kayaking, swimming, amusement parks/fairs/carnivals, attending basketball and football games with her daughter and grandchildren, attending concerts, especially heavy metal concerts. Tamara was a big time Raider fan. She found great joy in being with her kids and grandkids. Her greatest pride was her family, friends, and animals Lucky Dog, and Little Bear. Tamara worked as a Caregiver in home healthcare, her clients were her best friends, and she loved and cared for them dearly. Tamara will always be remembered by living her life to the fullest, as free as a bird.

She is survived by her Children Christopher Ray Satterfield, his wife Ashley, and Heather Lynn Lopez, her husband Jason; Grandchildren Jaycob, Maryah, Larissa, Ryker, Kaleiha Remi, Kehlani, and Josyah; Mother Mavis Jean Ward; Sister Barbara J Ward-Taylor; Brother Steven E Ward; Sister-in-law Juliet Q Ward; Nephews Randy Q Ward (RJ) and Micahel A Ward; Great Nephew Randy; Great Niece Levy; Pets Lucky Dog and Little Bear; Close longtime friend Shawn Schwindamenn. She is preceded in death by her Father Garland Edward Ward; Grandparents Brody Ward, Sadie Ward, Clifford Freeman, and Herther Freeman; Brother Randy Lee Ward.

Honorary Pallbearers Christopher Satterfield, Steven Ward, RJ Ward, Michael Ward, Jason Lopez, Jaycob Escobar, and Shawn Schwindamenn.

The family of Tamara wishes to extend sincere thanks to Trent Carter and staff members with Renew Health as well as Waymaker Church.

Tamara's family suggests any donations be made to your local homeless shelter, as Tamara would also volunteer to help out the homeless community shelter and food bank.

Services for Tamara are still pending and will be posted at a later date.
