Tamarau LaPorscha Evans was born July 10, 1985, to parents Terrell Evans and Rena Walker. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church and was very active in several ministries in the church as a child, including the Youth and Young Adult Choir and the Youth and Young Adult Usher Board.

Tamarau was a proud 2003 graduate of Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas, Nevada and participated in several extracurricular and social activities as a student. Above all of her interests, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She adored her three children, Aniyah, Dynem and Z’Riyah and would beam with pride when she spoke of them. Tamarau entered her heavenly rest on April 13, 2023.

She was preceded in death by Rayfell Evans (grandfather), Eddie Mae Williams Graves (grandmother); Luther Graves (grandfather); Eddie Patterson (uncle); Charlie Smith (uncle); Jake Smith (uncle); O.C. Smith (uncle); Clifford Smith (uncle); Roosevelt Patterson (uncle); Bobby Patterson (uncle); Van Patterson (uncle); Cathy Ellis (aunt); Icyreen Wilson (aunt); A’rya Carrol (cousin); Stacie Evans (cousin); Dori Hilson (cousin) and Ray DeQuain Evans (cousin).

She leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Terrell Evans, Sr. and Reva Walker; her children Aniya, Dynem and Z’Riyah; her sister, Shalika Peterson (Greg); brothers, Terrell Jr., and Myles (Sierra) and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
