Tamilyn Hightower Kaetzel, aged 58, passed away on June 22, 2025, in Trenton, Georgia. Born on September 26, 1966, Tamilyn was a compassionate and artistic soul, known for her dedication as a mother, sister, aunt and friend.

Tamilyn was a talented graphic designer and artist who brought creativity and vision to her profession. She was a graduate of Shamrock High School and honed her artistic skills at the Portfolio Center of Atlanta.

Beyond her professional life, Tamilyn was deeply compassionate, charitable and loved the Lord. She spent her childhood roller skating, dancing and cheerleading. As she got older, she loved to dance with friends and enjoyed live music. In recent years, much of her time was spent with her family and pursuing her love of gardening. She found the most joy in the company of her Grandson, Wren. She loved her dog, Cubby, and outdoor cats, Jezzie and Junior.

Tamilyn is survived by a loving family, including her daughter, Olivia Kaetzel; grandson, Wren Lewis; brother, Tim Hightower; sister-in-law, Liz Hightower; niece, Tessa Houck and husband Justin; grandniece, Adelina Houck; grandnephew, Keegan Houck; cousin, Jodie McLeod; and aunts, Carolyn Lambert and Joyce Hickman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joann McAdams and Byron Hightower.

Tamilyn's life was marked by her faithful friendship and kind spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held on July 6, 2025, from 3-5 pm, followed by a service at 5 pm at Faith Community Church, located at 2550 New Home Road, Trenton, Georgia.
