Tammy Sue Bissell-Martin, age 53, passed away at her home in Cape Girardeau, MO, on Friday, October 3, 2025.
On May 18, 1972, in Oak Grove, LA, she was born to the late Arthur and Icie Tillie-Davis.
She married the love of her life, Richard Stewart Martin on February 24, 2001, in Daytona Beach, FL. He preceded her in death 2020.
Before she retired, she worked for Mercy Healthcare, as an administrative assistant.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Martin (Hunter Lewis) of Cape Girardeau, MO; her two sons: Richard Martin Jr. of Greenfield, MO, and Duane Bissell of Angie, LA; two brothers: Gary Bissell of Cape Girardeau, MO, and Charles (Julie) Bissell of Macksville, KS; three sisters: Cynthia (Delbert) Rutherford of Angie, LA, Elizabeth Watts and Gaylynn (Ray) Elliott of Ponchatoula, LA; two grandchildren: Shae Rutherford and Cloie Bissell.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held at a later date.
