Tammara "Tammy" Carnes, of Chandler, entered into rest Saturday, August 9, 2025. She was 41.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Carnes a devoted mother, daughter, sister, cousin and loving friend.

Tammy was born on November 30, 1983, to Millissa and Ralph Carnes. She leaves behind: her grief-stricken parents; her two beloved children, Madison and Hunter; her partner, Martise; an older sister, Mindy; younger sister, Karen; two brothers-in-law, Brandon and Tavo; two nieces, Cecily and Mia; two nephews, Kaden, and Octavio.

Tammy was preceded in death by: grandparents, Rulen and Deola Morris and Cecil and Ethel Carnes; uncles, Milt Jenson, Robert Morris and James Morris; one aunt, Jody Gail; her best friend/cousin, Roger Morris; cousin, Nichol "Nickel Pickle" Gail. May her shining light be joined with them once more.

Tammy had a love for people. Even if you had just met her, she would give you a big hug as if you were best friends. Her spirit was so full of life, she delighted in bringing others joy and seeing their dreams come true. She was a simple person with a big heart, and an alter ego named "Tom". When Tom came out to play, you knew you were in for a good night. She was an avid Goonies fan with a love for red heads, "We wants the red head; we want the red head". I picture Tammy up in heaven looking down on us now saying "Hey, you guys!!!"

Graveside services for Tammy will be conducted Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 12:30 p.m., in the Hubbard Cemetery.
