Tammy J. DeBusschere, age 65, of Monmouth, Illinois, passed away at 9:25 AM on Friday, October 6, 2023 at the Monmouth Nursing Home. She was born May 19, 1958 in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Robert Charles and Anna Luella (Richardson) DeBusschere. She grew up and attending schools in Moline, attending Moline High School. Although never married, Tammy enjoyed many years with her significant other, Gerald Hubbard until his passing.
Tammy worked several side jobs over her lifetime. Mostly, her full time job was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing board games, bingo on her phone, and scratch-off lottery tickets. Her passion in life was family, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tammy is survived by four daughters; Rebecca (David Knoles) DeBusschere of Davenport, IA, Angela (Bud) Bancroft of Powell, TX, Crystal (Victor Voorhis) Hubbard of Moline, IL, and Shyana BeBusschere of East Moline, IL, two sons; Lonnie DeBusschere of Bettendorf, IA and Jason (Janessa Cline) DeBusschere of Monmouth, IL. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, two brothers, and her favorite kitty, Kiki.
As were Tammy's wishes, cremation is being accorded. No services are currently being planned. A memorial is being established to help her family with expenses.
