Tammy Nicole Dillon

Tammy Nicole Dillon, 47, of Madison, IL, passed away on April 23, 2024, at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.
Tammy was born in East St. Louis, IL, to James and Flora Brawley (nee Dillon). She had many hobbies like doing nails, hair, crafting, or couponing. She was creative. One of a kind mind. She had a deep love for her family, quality time was so important to her. Whether it was late night rides to get food or binge-watching shows together in her room. She loved it. Tammy was known for loving and having everything pink. It was her color. Bright and beautiful.
Her captivating smile, you had no choice but to fall in love with it. She shared her infectious laughter with everyone, it made you want to make her laugh more. Just to hear the joy of her soul. Tammy had a very kind and angelic heart especially when it came to the wellbeing of others. She was very selfless and always thought of what others need. Her actions so pure and genuine. She was more than intelligent, she was wise, and was known for giving great advice to those who needed it. She had so many titles to her name, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a yaya, a friend. And she lived up to all of them. That's just who she was. Still is. Even now, thinking of her, she brings a smile to our faces as we reminisce on loving memories of her. There was no one like her, she was special, one of a kind.
Tammy was preceded in death by her sister, Angela Renee Dillon.
Left to cherish Tammy's memory are her parents, James and Flora Brawley (nee Dillon); seven children, Jasmyne Dillon-Trimble, Amber Dillon, Tanner Wagner, Paige Dillon, Taylor Lewis, Jaylen Lewis, Jayla Lewis; four siblings, Jowana Dillon-Doss, Eric Dillon, Patrice Lott, Debra Cook; three grandchildren, Kylie, Kaylee, Khloe; and her best friend who was like a sister, Portia Johnson.
