Mrs. Evans was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Tammy attended Westwood High School & Central High School. She loved going on the boat, playing cards, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Tonya Rivas-Adams (Tommy Adams) of Fort Pierce; sons, Alberto (Kristen) Ruiz of Fort Pierce, FL and Jason (Natasha) Rivas of Fort Pierce, FL; brothers, Tony Evans of Tennessee and Mike Evans of Fort Pierce, FL; sisters, Kim Evans of Fort Pierce, FL and Sheila Evans Milliken of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Monica Mace, Ryan Spells, Alyssa Rivas-Adams, Ariel Ruiz, Alana Ruiz, Ava Ruiz, Lainie Rivas, Layton Rivas, Lance Rivas, and Landen Rivas; and 3 great grandchildren, Brantlee Harrison, Brysen Harrison and Brodie Neal.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Ruiz, parents, T. J. & Dorothy Evans and sister, Dena Smith.
Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 1:00-2:00 PM with a service will follow at 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
