Born March 19, 1961, in Weirton, West Virginia, Tammy was the eldest of four children born to Billy and Bernice (Sobieraj) Bradley.
A 1979 graduate of Weirton Madonna High School, Tammy continued her education at Wheeling Jesuit College. She enjoyed most of her career at Allegheny General Hospital, where she formed her lifelong friendships.

Tammy was a devoted professional, a loving wife, an empowering mother, a selfless daughter, sister, and friend whose generous spirit touched all who knew her. She cherished those around her, always offering love and a listening ear to anyone in need. Her thoughtful nature and unwavering presence will be deeply missed.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father on December 1, 1993, as well as her brothers, Timothy on August 24, 2002, and Brian on September 8, 2010.
