We regret to inform you of the tragic fatal accident that took the life of our most beloved family member; Tammy Marie Hyatt, age 56 of Ellenville, NY.
Tammy was the wife of James Hyatt; and stepmother to Andrew and Tylor Hyatt, and the daughter of Marie J. Giovanniello (aka: Marie Cathcart) and her husband Nicholas Giovanniello and the late Thomas J. Cathcart Sr.; the beloved mother of Branden D. Cathcart and his Partner Dana Roca; loving grandmother, of Mason Cathcart and Asher Cathcart; loving sister to Thomas J. Cathcart Jr. and his wife Donna Cathcart, siblings & loving aunt to Nephews Thomas J. Cathcart III and Hunter Cathcart; niece, Kiera Bradshaw. Tammy also leaves behind her uncles, deceased uncle Joseph Paone and siblings Tracy and Joey Jr. and beloved uncle Peter Belessis and beloved aunt Kathy Rodriquez & siblings & close cousins Angie and Nicole. Also; William Cathcart; 1st cousins, Marc Cathcart and his wife Marie Cathcart, stepsister, Heather Reese; sisters-in-law, Mary, Sue, and Peggy; cousins, Lisa, Alaina, April and Vinnie, who she grew up with and loved dearly, and their mother Marie Marchuck (aka: Star); 2nd cousin, Kalia Belessis and her daughter Amelia and not to mention her many close friends & coworkers.
Tammy worked at the Ulster Correctional Facility for 21 years as a Dental Hygienist & Office Worker. There will be many tears flooding throughout the Ulster Correctional Facility and her hometown, Ellenville, NY as they will not forget the bright light of joyful laughter she shared and the love she had for all her dental workers including her boss Rich Skjeveland and coworkers, Michelle, Cherry and Jacqueline.
You will live in our hearts forever.
Visiting will be held at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville, NY, on Sunday, January 26th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at Fantinekill Cemetery at 1:00 pm. All are invited to the Elks Lodge, Rt. 55, Napanoch, NY following the burial for a celebration of Tammy’s life.
