Tammy Sue McDonald, 45, was called home to heaven after a brief fight with breast cancer.
She was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg. Tammy loved eating out, shopping, watching her favorite vet program on her table, and bossing her brother around. She brought joy to so many people.
She was employed by OSI in Chambersburg for 17 years and loved going to work every day.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce McDonald of Chambersburg, and four brothers: James of Denver, CO, Barry and fiancé Pam of McConnellsburg, Kristan and wife Megan of McConnellsburg, Joseph of Chambersburg, and a sister, Susan (Todd) Ettenhofer of Medway, MA. Tammy is survived by two nephews, Jason Ettenhofer of Medway, MA, and Trevlin McDonald of McConnellsburg, PA, and a niece, Shanley McDonald of McConnellsburg.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Trinity Evangelical Luther Church in Chambersburg, 431 Philadelphia Avenue.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Tammy.

I worked at the FLC when Tammy was there. I remember her sweet smiles and she was a very happy girl. She always had a wave "hello" to everyone in the school. She was a blessing to us all.
