Tammy L. Moul, 49, of Meadow Bridge passed away peacefully at the home of her sister Linda and brother-in-law Doug on Saturday, November 15, 2025, after fighting a long illness. She was born on July 12, 1976, in Beckley, to the late Ross and Daisy (Bragg) Burdette.
Tammy was a caregiver until her health conditions overcame her. During the 2016 flood, she watched everyone's children so they could recover and help their neighbors. She always took care of her nieces and nephews like her own. Tammy loved to party! She thoroughly enjoyed having Halloween parties and for everyone to have a good time.
No matter how many animals Zach brought home, she never griped or grumbled. Tammy was full of spunk, spoke her mind, and kept everyone in line. She was a Girl Scout leader with Daisy and Danielle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Leo on March 7, 2025.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of thirty-one years, Harry; daughters Danielle Humphrey of Huntington, Daisy Martin of Meadow Bridge; son Zach Moul of Meadow Bridge; sister Linda (Doug) Wykle of Rainelle, six grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
In keeping with her wishes Tammy will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at Meadow Bridge Senior Center (aka Meadow Bridge Community Building) on the 23rd of November, 2025, at 2:00pm with Pastors Tony Martin and Brian Copeland officiating.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of hospice; Cari, Maggie, Jess, Kayla, and her caretakers grandson Andrew Wykle, nephews Jeremy (Sierra) Wykle, and D.J. (Timber) Wykle. The family also appreciated the food every evening and support from the Laurel Branch Bible Church.
Smathers Funeral Chapel is honored to have been entrusted to care for Tammy and her family during their great time of need.
