Tammy Munce Obituary

Tammy Byrd Munce, 53 of Washington, died Friday, August 8, 2025 in We Care South Hills in Canonsburg. She was born June 23, 1972 in Washington, a daughter of Carol Byrd of Washington and the late Robert Shaver. Tammy attended Washington High School and was a homemaker. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are two sons, Thomas D. (Audrena) Munce of Washington and Roy (Claire) Munce of Scenery Hill; a daughter, Charlotte (Canyon) Cabrera of Washington; a brother, James Piatt; a sister, Jamie Studt of Washington; two granddaughters, Vera and Eden Munce; her boyfriend, Ken Minteer, and her dogs, Lucy and Lady. Friends will be received Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m., the hour of services, in the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. All other services will be private.
