Tammy is survived by her children, Joseph Pugh, Aselena Pugh, Thomas Smith III, Vanessa Acree and Zoey Robbins; mother, Sharon Swafford; siblings, Tommy Swafford, Marlena Swafford and Paul Swafford; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Swafford.
A fundraising campaign is open on this page to assist with funeral expenses and support her family.

I remember when I had my first baby she was there for me. She was always there for others. She was just as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. R.i.p. cuz love you. I will always miss you. God gained another angel. Love always Tabatha Vaughn.
