Tammy Lynn Warnick passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, at the age of 61. She was born on February 7, 1965, in Morgantown, WV, a daughter to the late Richard Salisbury and Gladys (Guthrie) Salisbury.
Tammy dedicated a significant portion of her career to hospitality services at West Virginia University, where she was known for her commitment to providing excellent service. Prior to her role for the university, she worked at Keener's Service Station, where she left a lasting impression on customers and coworkers alike.
Tammy enjoyed playing bingo with her friends and cherished moments spent with her grandchildren. She will be remembered fondly.
Tammy is survived by her daughter, Gina Fields; her sons, Scott (Mandi) Warnick and Bradley (Tanya) Warnick; her adored grandchildren, Carson Fields, Nathan Fields, Megan Fields, Sylas Warnick, Brycen Warnick, Hayden Warnick, Maverick Warnick, Richie Warnick, Faith Warnick, and Baz Warnick. She also leaves behind her siblings, Richard Salisbury (Bev), Steve Salisbury (Roxy), Tim Salisbury (Rhonda), and Carl Schell (Judy).
In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Warnick; daughter, Melody Warnick; sister, Cindy Salisbury; brother, Jeff Schell; as well as her step-mother, Evelyn Salisbury, and step-father, Robert Tomago.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on through the memories shared by her family and friends.
