With great sadness and heartbreak, we lost Tanner Weaver unexpectedly on Saturday, January 10th, 2026. He was a gift and a loving son to his parents, Jerry and Tammy Weaver (Powell) and so loved by his sister, Jamie Weaver.
"Your song has ended but the melody lingers on in our hearts."
A special celebration of life for Tanner is being planned for early June for all that loved him. The family would like to thank friends and family for all the love and support through this difficult time.
In the light of our darkness, he shed a new light of hope for 8 donor recipients through organ and tissue donation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Lifeline of Ohio be made in Tanner's honor. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hughes Funeral Home where you may send the message of sympathy or donate to Lifeline of Ohio at www.ehwfh.com.
