Tatum Danley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Blank Funeral Company - Sunbury on Mar. 13, 2026.
With broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved son Tatum who left this
world far too soon at just one year old. Though his time here was short, the love and joy
he brought into our lives will last forever.
Tatum J. Danley passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Geisinger
Medical Center. He was born on January 31, 2025, in Danville. He was the son of Elmer
and Lindsey Danley.
From the very beginning Tatum showed strength beyond his tiny years. He faced
chronic illnesses with quiet bravery that inspired everyone around him. Through every
challenge, his bright personality and beautiful smile could light up any room. Even on
his hardest days he reminded us of what pure love, courage and happiness looked like.
Tatum had a way of bringing people together, his bright smile, beautiful blue eyes, and
warm personality made him deeply loved by family, friends and everyone who had the
blessing of meeting or snuggling him. He taught us to hold onto every moment and to
not take anything for granted.
He will forever remain in the hearts of his loving parents, his siblings, Bryce, Evan,
Abagail, Trason and Kentyn; his maternal grandparents Dawn & Jeff Higley. Tatum will also be lovingly remembered by his Aunt Kim Edwards, and many other family members and dear friends.
Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff at Penn State Hershey Medical Center & Geisinger Medical Center. Their compassion, support and love for Tatum meant more to us than words
can express. They cared for him so deeply that they became family to us.
Our sweet boy will always be remembered for his incredible strength, his joyful personality and the unforgettable smile that touched so many hearts.

A viewing will be held Monday from 5pm-7pm at the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State Street, Sunbury.

Interment will be private in Pomfret Manor Cemetery, Sunbury.
