Taurus D. Davis

Taurus Demarr Davis, age 41, of Port Huron, passed away on February 25, 2023. He was known to us as "Bummer". Taurus was born on April 13, 1976 in Port Huron to the late Houston Davis and Lorraine Beatrice Phillips.
Bummer grew up alongside his older brother and sister, Travis Davis (D-Trip) and Nicole Davis (Poohbear). He attended Port Huron and Grand Rapids School's where he played many sports like football, basketball, and track. Bummer enjoyed spending time with his children, nieces, and nephews. He loved playing card games like Tunk, and spades; going on trips, hanging out in downtown Port Huron with close friends, along with watching sports games at the Zebra Bar and Lounge. Bummer was a stubborn, but kind soul that kept everyone laughing.
He leaves to mourn his passing his 2 children, Dezerae McGough and Zamari Davis; sister, Nicole Davis; 3 nieces; Angela Azeem, Darian Davis, and great niece Shanya Azeem; 1 nephew, Angelo Azeem; his favorite aunt, Rita Phillips; best friends; Damon Edwards and Edward McClarty; his son's mother, Marlena Fuentes along with a host of family and friends.
Bummer was preceded in death by his brother, Travis Davis.
Services will be private. Cremation arrangements are in care of Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Avenue, Port Huron
