Ted Otis "T.O." McCullough

November 11, 1952 – February 13, 2026

Ted Otis "T.O." McCullough, a devoted husband, wonderful father, proud grandfather, and respected tradesman, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was 73 years old.

Born on November 11, 1952, Ted was raised with the values of hard work, loyalty, and perseverance-principles that guided him throughout his life. After graduating from high school and attending art college for a year, he began what would become a remarkable 35-year career with Southern California Gas Company. Ted worked his way up to become a skilled pipeline welder and crew leader, earning the respect of colleagues through his craftsmanship, leadership, and unwavering dedication. He retired after decades of faithful service, leaving behind a legacy of integrity and commitment.

Ted lived in Needles, California, until 1997, when he relocated to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where he spent the remainder of his years. On July 3, 2000, he married the love of his life, Brenda. Together they built a life filled with companionship, laughter, and shared adventures.

Ted embraced life with enthusiasm. He was an accomplished water skier and talented trumpet player. He enjoyed time on the golf course, admired classic cars, and faithfully cheered on his beloved Chargers each football season. Whether on land or water, Ted found joy in life's simple pleasures and in the company of those he loved. He also held a special place in his heart for his dachshunds, Rosie and Allie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Eugenia McCullough; his sister, Susan; and his beloved grandson, Kason Adams.

Ted is survived by his loving wife, Brenda McCullough; his daughter, Misty Adams; his son-in-law, Jason Adams; and his granddaughter, Ashlyn Adams. He will be remembered for his steady strength, warm heart, and the deep love he had for his family. His presence will be profoundly missed, but his memory will live on in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
