William McCullough Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Davis-Becker Funeral Home - Boardman on Feb. 21, 2026.
William "Bill" McCullough, 75, of Boardman, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Aventura at Assumption Village.

Born August 29, 1950, in Youngstown, he was the son of the late William and Josephine (Dluski) McCullough.

Bill was a 1969 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He served his country proudly in the United States Army National Guard. A hardworking man, he proudly owned and operated McCullough Siding for many years.

Known for his selfless heart and generous spirit, Bill was always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved good conversation and never met a stranger. A true patriarch and the "glue" of his family, he found his greatest joy in hosting gatherings filled with laughter, food, and togetherness.

Bill especially loved traveling - with Key West holding a special place in his heart - and enjoyed casino trips and time spent making memories with family and friends. He was a devoted football coach at a young age and had the pleasure of being his son's coach. He cherished his roles of being a loving father and "Papa" to his grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his children, William (Karin) McCullough of Struthers, John (Jodi) Grazier of Austintown, Garrett (Lelania) McCullough of Canfield, and Janine (John) Braham of Struthers; his beloved grandchildren, Andrew, Aaron, Austin, Devin, Robbie, Danielle, Macy, Marcus, Vinny, Joey, Trevor, and Aubrie; his brother, Tom (Judy) McCullough of Worthington, PA; his sister-in-law, Betty McCullough; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sisters, Willa Strawbridge and Jean (Bob) DeCerbo; his brother, Robert McCullough; and his beloved loyal dog, Bella.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market Street, Boardman, Ohio 44512.

Bill's legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family will live on in the many lives he touched.
