Funeral services for Ted Ronald Seffens, 90, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Archibald, LA with Rev. Juri Thompson and Bro. Clyde Piercy officiating. Interment was in the Holly Ridge Baptist Cemetery, Holly Ridge, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Ted was born March 7, 1935 in Monticello, IL and passed away Friday, August 22, 2025 in West Monroe, LA.

Ted was a member of First Baptist Church of Archibald. He was a veteran with the United States Air Force and loved spending time working in his garden. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Seffens; granddaughter, Anna Gibson; parents, Harry William and Clara Mable Seffens.

Survivors include his children, Sharon Gibson and husband, David, Ronald Seffens, and Chad Seffens; grandchildren, Nick Seffens and wife, Marissa, Heather Romero and husband, Nick, Rayanna Seffens, Austin Seffens, Will Gibson and wife, Kendall, and Luke Gibson and fiancé, Madelynn; great grandchildren, Reed, Landry, and Oaklynn; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Nick Seffens, Austin Seffens, Will Gibson, Luke Gibson, Nick Romero, and David Castleman.

Honorary Pallbearers were members of the Men's Sunday School Class at First Baptist Archibald.
