Tammy was born November 29, 1972 in Greenville, TX and passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 with her family at her residence in Delhi, LA.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jake and Margaret Carter; uncle, Thomas; and maternal grandparents, Johnny Lee Tatum and Mary Lane.
Survivors include her children, Brittany Nichole Webster, Skylar Puckett, and Khasie Puckett; parents, Jerry and Debra Carter; sisters, Sherry Carter and Christy Kennedy; grandchildren, Michael Shane Edwards, K.J. Webster, and Kyra Webster; nieces and nephews, Bridgett Russell, Raven Ingram, Jacob Caraway, Sarah Caraway, and Kylee-Beth Crumley; great nephews, Hudson Lenard and Weston Lingefelt; great niece, Lona-Kate Lingefelt; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
