Ted W. Slusser, 76 of Medina, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025 surrounded by family. He was born January 5, 1949 in Akron to the late Glenn and Jane (Waters) Slusser. When Ted was four the family moved to Canal Fulton and he was a 1967 graduate of Northwest High School. After graduating high school, Ted lived in Elyria and worked for Delta Airlines for 33 years, retiring in 2002.

Ted enjoyed vacationing to Hilton Head Island, watching college football, playing cards, and most importantly cheering on his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and brother-in-law.

Ted is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Paula (Ellis) Slusser; children, Charlotte (Charles) Borland, Michelle (Mark) Osborne and Andrea (Mark) Brogan; grandchildren, Chloe and Chase Borland, Hunter and Parker Osborne, Emma and Isla Brogan; sister, Sally (Jim) Bryan; brother, Dale Slusser; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held SATURDAY, October 4, 2025, 12:00pm to 2:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. A celebration of life will immediately follow at 2:00pm.
