He was born on August 29,1959.
Ted was known for his exuberant, joyful personality and his love for music and his Bible. He enjoyed singing and had a remarkable ability to quote full chapters of scripture from memory.
He is survived by his father, Robert Taylor of Jermyn, Texas; his brothers, Sam, Tony, Marc, Matthew, Albert, Jerry and Kevin; and his sisters, Janice, Beth, Dorothey and Christina; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews and great nephews.
Ted was preceded in death by his mother, Lela Taylor of Jermyn, Texas; and Dorothy Williams of Tennessee; his brother Michael Taylor and sister Lychelle Doolittle.
Graveside service will be held at the Taylor Family Cemetery in Jermyn, Texas, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM
