We want to offer our sincere condolences in the passing of Ted. He was a wonderful, caring servant at all times, and a true ambassador for the City of New Berlin, the Lions organization, and so many other groups. His impact will be long felt and remembered throughout New Berlin, from his service as Mayor, and in Waukesha County as well. We will remember him as always having a smile on his face and a kind greeting for all. He will be genuinely missed.

I worked for Ted as New Berlin Police Chief. Ted was always on top of things and always prepared to do his job as Mayor. God bless Ted and his family.

Prayers for Pat & Ted's family. He will be sadly missed by so many. He truly loved our City and was a friend & inspiration to us all. I worked with Ted for many years at City Hall. I will miss seeing him around New Berlin and hearing him say "Hey Cheryl how are u doing?" and really wanting to know. Our conversations were always followed by a big hug! RIP my friend.

Ted, was always a person I could look up to as an example of what a man should be. The photo above really captures his constant smile. I never heard him say an angry word, or even get mad. He was a model citizen, witnessed by all of his accomplishments and contributions. By example, he made me proud to be an American. He was always such a positive person. I will miss him.
I look forward to seeing you in the future.
Love,
Jim, your brother-in law.
