Hoffman, Teneisha Renee - age 45 of Swartz Creek, passed away, June 30, 2025, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473. The family will receive friends from 1 PM - 2 PM Tuesday, July 8 at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society (www.geneseehumane.org). Teneisha was born on June 11, 1980, in Flint, the daughter of Carlton Billings and Mamie Calhoun. She was employed by the Genesee County Health Department and married Adam Hoffman on June 14, 2014. Teneisha had a creative spirit and a love for life. She enjoyed reading, coloring, crocheting, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She loved to listen to and sing along with music. A devoted dog lover, especially to her dogs, Nibbz and Sweets, she found joy in simple pleasures and treasured time spent with family. She had a deep faith in God and brought laughter and warmth wherever she went. Teneisha especially cherished catching up with her big sister and her Sunday conversations with her mother, Nan. Surviving are: husband, Adam Hoffman; two sons, Antonio Jayquez Martin and Austin Mikel Hoffman; mother, Mamie "Nan" Calhoun; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Terry and Kathy Hoffman; sister, Aleane Taylor; brother, Carlos Watson; brother-in-law, Josh (Amanda) Hoffman; nieces and nephews, Tywon Jones, Kaneesha Jones and Dawon Jones; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Carlton Billings; grandparents., Rev. Meshack Calhoun and Josephine Calhoun; and a host of aunties and uncles.
