Teofilo (Chuck) Bautista Jr. of Sandia Park NM passed on 21 May 2025.
He was born at Pensacola Florida Naval Air Station on 14 April 1953 to Joyce Nell Bratcher and Teofilo Bautista Sr. He joined the United States Air Force in 1971 serving for 24 years. He graduated for St. Mary's University in San Antonio TX in 1996 with a degree in Theology. He spent the next 21 years as a Contracting Officer with the United States Air Force.
An avid learner and modern renaissance man, Chuck excelled at nearly anything he attempted, but sought no praise for "doing it the way it should be done". As a loving and dedicated husband and father, he inspired a fierce loyalty to family that also extended to his daughters-in law and grandchildren.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of 54 years Constance Bautista. He is also survived by his sons Teofilo (Chuck) Bautista((/ and wife Yvonne of Atlanta GA and Christian James and wife Jennifer and grandchildren Noah and Maggie Bautista of Lantana TX.
He will be deeply missed.
