Terence Davis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lewis Funeral Home - Pace Chapel on Mar. 9, 2026.
Terence J. Davis (Terry)

Sunrise: April 24, 1958

Sunset: March 6, 2026

Terence J. Davis (Terry), of Milton, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Terry lived a life rooted in hard work, loyalty, and deep love for the people closest to him.

For more than 30 years, Terry worked as a brick mason and was the proud owner of Davis Masonry Inc. Through his dedication and craftsmanship, he built not only homes and structures but also a reputation for honesty, skill, and hard work. The work he left behind stands as a lasting reflection of the strength and determination he carried throughout his life.

Terry had a deep love for the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were some of his greatest joys and brought him a sense of peace and happiness throughout his life.

Above all, Terry cherished his family. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Lisa Davis, his partner in life and his greatest support. Together they built a life filled with love, family, and memories that will forever be treasured. Their bond was one of loyalty, laughter, and unwavering commitment through life's many seasons.

Terry is also survived by his children: TJ Macks (April), Emily Davis, Joseph (Joe) Davis, Summer Snyder (Damien), and Taylor Jarvis.

His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Hayleigh, Hannah, Keaton, Isiah, Blaine, Macee, Breanna and Mckenna and his great-grandchildren: Lennox, Blair, Jonah, Gemma, Emmaleigh, Luka, and Koah.

In addition to his immediate family, Terry leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Baptist Hospital Oncology, Emerald Coast Hospice, and Samantha Hoyt for the compassion, care, and comfort they provided during Terry's final days.

Terry will be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing, his dedication to his family, and the legacy he built through both his work and the lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him.

Though he may no longer be here with us, we can picture Terry in his favorite tree stand, watching over those he loved, waiting patiently for the biggest buck and keeping a quiet eye on his family below.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Lewis Funeral Home Pace Chapel, 4777 West Spencer Field Road, Pace, Florida, 32570, with visitation from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. and service at 4:00 p.m.
