Terrence was the first teaching presenter that I experienced in this field and I still use his theories and book in my life work.

I was unaware of Terence Gorski's death until today, because I was looking up some addiction information created by Terry Gorski. First, I want to send condolences to the family. Even though I am late in doing so, I am aware that loss doesn't change and grief is always there. Thank God for memories.
Because he gave so much to the field of addiction, you, his family, gave too by sharing him with us. I benefitted from his trainings; his written work; and his ideas both as an LCSW in the field (currently working with veterans) and as a recovering addict/alcoholic. Terry Gorksi made a difference in my world. Thank you and RIP. And again, my sincere condolences to the Gorski family and friends.

I'm sad to have just learned of Terry's passing. His contribution to our field was tremendous. I completed training with him in Chicago early in my career which had a significant impact to my professional growth. RIP Terry and thank you.

Terry was a very special phone and text friend. He gave his all to everything and everyone. His silence even spoke to us and touched us. Sometimes "next week" never came for him. Because 'today' is where his mind and soul were. Rest in peace, my wonderful phone friend. Save a place for me close by. And, oh! By the way, "MERRY CHRISTMAS!"
