Teresa L. Archer, age 77, of Canton, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025. She was born March 12, 1948 in Canton, the daughter of the late Ralph and Mildred (Kidd) Griffith. Teresa was a Homemaker and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
On December 14, 1974 Teresa married George A. Archer III who preceded her in death in 2020. Survivors include her Children, Geri Wise, Mary Udeck, Melanie Archer, Katelyn Archer, Rebecca Archer, Emily (Kyeem) Newell- Owens, George (Corissa) Archer IV, Jeffrey (Erika) Archer, Jason (Chantell Hill) Archer, and Joshua Archer; her grandchildren, Isabella Udeck, Dorthy Wise- Wilson, Makayla Tish, Emmajean Horst, Marjorie Archer, Sophia Archer, Evalyn Archer, MacKenzie Archer, Karter Archer, Kinslee Archer, Marcus Freeman, Khepri Newell- Owens, Niamani Jeter, Matteo Emigh, Jason Archer Jr. and Koa Newell- Owens; along with two sisters and a brother.
In addition to her parents and husband, George, Teresa was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Baby Archer and Daniel Udeck Jr.; three sisters and eight brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 11:00 AM with Bishop Brian Mortensen officiating. Burial Will Follow at Indian Run Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Reed Funeral Home CANTON Chapel on Monday, August 18, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and also one hour prior to the service at the Church.
