Michael J. Leonhardt, age 50, of North Canton, Ohio passed away after a sudden illness on October 7 th, 2025. Mike was born on April 27 th, 1975, in North Canton, Ohio where he lived and worked for most of his life. He graduated from Hoover High School, then worked at the Home Depot for 25 years providing a smiling face and caring presence for everyone he worked with and helped with their projects. Mike joined the Famous Supply family in 2024 and has enjoyed working on the Outside Sales Team. Mike had many hobbies including RC cars, collecting and sharpening knives and caring for our many fish tanks. Mike enjoyed spending time with his family by going on nature walks, trips to Amish Country and finding unique items at Estate Sales.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, April Leonhardt with whom he had three children: Blake, Iris and Ruby. Mike is also survived by his parents Charles and Helen Leonhardt and brother Aaron Leonhardt. Calling hours will be held at the Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel, 801 Pittsburg Ave. NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720 on Monday, 10/13/2025 between 5 pm - 7 pm. A Service will be held on Tuesday 10/14/2025 at 11 am at Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel with Father Michael Corbin as celebrant. Burial will be immediately following at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Reward For A Cure.
