Teresa Davis Obituary
Mrs. Teresa J. Davis, 69, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Born, June 2,1953 in Martinsville, VA, she was a daughter of the late William and Jane Sanford Jennings. Teresa was a Registered Nurse and enjoyed caring for people. She was a member of Saint David's Church in Cheraw, where she was a member of the Choir, the Altar Guild, and in the Daughters of the King and the Knit Witts, which made prayer shawls for the sick. Mrs. Davis also volunteered at the Mercy in Me Free Medical Clinic in Cheraw.
She was preceded in death by her parents listed above.
Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Franklin H. Davis of the home; son, Franklin William Davis of El Paso, TX; a daughter, Jo Anne Throgmorton of El Paso, TX; a brother, Paul Jennings of Lincolnton, GA; a sister, Rebecca Verastegui, of Knoxville, TN; and grandchildren, Lilith, Charlie, and Julian.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Saint David's Church in Cheraw, SC. The Family will receive friends, following the service at the church on Saturday.
