Teresa Puckett Jones

Teresa Puckett Jones went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at the age of 74. She was born in Oxford, NC, on December 4, 1948, to the late Earl and Miriam O'Brient Puckett and was married to Charles Jones, who survives.
In her younger years, Teresa excelled in her clerical work. She worked for the EPA in the Research Triangle Park, AT&T, and Glaxo Pharmaceuticals where she later became Supervisor for Corporate Aviation Operations and earned her position of Executive Secretary to the VP at GlaxoSmithKlein. Outside of her working career, Teresa loved to tend to her yard and was an honorary lifetime member of Twin Rivers Garden Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Julie Ann Morris (Sarita Bissette) of Clarksville, her son, John Morris (Andrea) of Clarksville; grandchildren, Brittany Gail Morris, and Logan Morris; and great grandchildren, Ayden Robbins, and Madeline Morris.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 8 at Clarksville Baptist Church with the Reverend Greg Randall officiating.
In lieu of flowers, Teresa's family asks that any donations be made to Clarksville Baptist Church Youth Ministries.
