Teresa Orgeron LeBlanc, a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, and cherished friend, was called upon by God on August 13, 2025, at the age of 73. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on May 8, 1952, Teresa made her home in Belle Chasse, where she built a life filled with love, kindness, and service to others.
Teresa’s heart was as warm as the treats she baked in her kitchen. She was passionate about baking, traveling, and arts and crafts, and she found joy in creating and sharing with those around her. Her selflessness was a hallmark of her life—she was always placing the needs of others above her own.
Teresa is survived by her devoted husband, Enoch P. LeBlanc; their two beloved sons, Jason (Janice) and Kevin (Isabel); her treasured grandchildren, Julian, Jasmine, and Quinn; her loving sister, Joy Dantagnan (John); and many cousins, nieces, and nephews who adored her.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, in Harvey, LA on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 beginning at 11AM until 1:30PM. The funeral service will begin at 1:30PM. Interment will follow immediately at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery, 8698 LA-23, in Belle Chasse, LA. Please visit mothefunerals.com to view and sign the online guestbook.
Though her presence will be dearly missed, Teresa’s love, kindness, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
